DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT
ARTICLE 1 — PARTIES

BUYER: Real or legal person ("Buyer") who places an order via www.wearstorytellers.com; whose name-surname, delivery address, and contact information are stated in the order form.
ARTICLE 2 — SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of products that the Buyer ordered electronically from the Seller's website, whose characteristics and sales price are specified in the order summary.
ARTICLE 3 — PRODUCT, PRICE, AND PAYMENT
3.1. The type, quantity, sales price, and payment method of the products subject to the Agreement are as stated on the order page and in the order confirmation email.
3.2. Product prices include VAT and are shown in Turkish Lira (TL).
3.3. Payment is made by credit card / debit card and other payment methods offered on the Site.
3.4. Campaigns and discounts are subject to the conditions valid at the time of order.
ARTICLE 4 — DELIVERY
4.1. Delivery is made only within the borders of Turkey, to the address specified by the Buyer in the order form, via an contracted cargo company.
4.2. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days following payment confirmation. The delivery period cannot exceed 30 days in any case.
4.3. In case of delays caused by the cargo company, the Seller will follow up as necessary for a resolution.
4.4. The Buyer is obliged to check the product upon receipt; not to accept damaged or defective products or to notify the Seller immediately.
ARTICLE 5 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the third person at the address they indicated.
5.2. The withdrawal notification can be sent via email to info@wearstorytellers.com or in writing to the WhatsApp line at +90 531 084 28 48.
5.3. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the Seller within 10 days, unused, unwashed, with its tags on, and with its invoice.
5.4. For the Buyer's first return, the return shipping cost belongs to the Seller; for subsequent returns, provided that the shipment is made with the Seller's contracted cargo, the return shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.
5.5. The Seller shall refund the payment amount within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notification reaches them, in accordance with the payment method used by the Buyer.
ARTICLE 6 — EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the legislation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared specially for the Buyer in line with their requests, or for products that are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons, and whose packaging or protective band has been opened (e.g., socks and similar products).
ARTICLE 7 — GENERAL PROVISIONS
7.1. The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and electronically approved the preliminary information regarding the product's basic characteristics, sales price, payment and delivery information, and the right of withdrawal before placing the order.
7.2. This Agreement is considered established and accepted upon the Buyer's approval of the order.
ARTICLE 8 — DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's or Seller's place of residence are authorized, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
International orders: Sales to customers located outside Türkiye are governed by the Seller's international terms, available upon request at info@wearstorytellers.com.
