Identity and contact information (name-surname, e-mail, phone, address), order and invoice information, payment information (payments are made securely through licensed payment institutions that do not store your card information, encrypted with SSL), site usage and cookie data, and messages you send to us.

Receiving, delivering, and returning your order; customer support; fulfilling legal obligations such as invoicing; e-newsletter and campaign communication with your explicit consent; improving site experience.

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Article 5 of KVKK Law No. 6698, based on the legal grounds of the establishment and performance of a contract, fulfillment of legal obligations, legitimate interest, and (for marketing communication) explicit consent.
4. With Whom Do We Share It?
Only to the extent required by the service: it is shared with shipping companies (delivery), payment institutions (collection), our e-commerce infrastructure provider (Shopify), our e-mail service provider (Klaviyo), analytics services (Microsoft Clarity), and product review infrastructure (Judge.me). Your data is not sold to third parties.
5. Retention Period
Your data is stored for the periods stipulated in relevant legislation (e.g., invoice records) and for the period required by the processing purpose; at the end of this period, it is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information, request correction or deletion, learn about third parties to whom it has been transferred, object to processing, and request compensation for damages if you incur any.
