1. 15-Day Easy Returns (Turkey)
You can return your orders within Turkey within 15 days from the delivery date. The shipping cost for your first return is on us. Products to be returned must be unused, unwashed, and have their tags attached.
2. Legal Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of product delivery without giving any reason. Our 15-day return period covers and extends this legal right.
3. Return Process
Simply send your return request along with your order number to info@wearstorytellers.com or via WhatsApp to +90 531 084 28 48. We will immediately send you the agreed-upon shipping information and steps.
4. Refund
Once your returned product reaches us and is inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
5. Defective or Incorrect Products
If your product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with a photo or video within 7 days of delivery; we will cover the entire process, including shipping.
6. Situations Excluded from Returns
For hygiene reasons, returns of opened socks and similar products may not be accepted. Products showing signs of use, washed, or with removed tags are excluded from returns.
7. International Orders
Due to customs regulations, physical returns from international destinations cannot be accepted. Refunds for damaged, defective or incorrect items may be issued without product return; please contact us with clear photos within 7 days of delivery at info@wearstorytellers.com.
