RETURN & REFUND POLICY – INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

1. International Orders – No Physical Returns Accepted

Due to customs regulations and import restrictions in Türkiye, we are unfortunately unable to accept

physical returns from international destinations. Returned items sent back from abroad cannot be

re-imported into Türkiye and will be rejected by customs authorities. Therefore, international

customers are kindly informed that returns to our warehouse are not possible.

2. Refunds for International Orders

Although we cannot accept physical returns for international orders, we do offer refunds under

certain conditions, without requiring the product to be sent back. Refund requests are evaluated on

a case-by-case basis and may be approved if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or has a

manufacturing fault. Customers must provide clear photos or videos within 7 days of delivery.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, size or color preference, normal wear and tear, misuse,

or final sale items unless defective.

4. Domestic Returns (Türkiye Only)

Physical returns are only available for orders delivered within Türkiye and are processed under our

Domestic Return Policy.

5. Discount on Future Orders

Depending on the reason for the return or refund request, we may offer a discount code for use on

a future order as an alternative solution. The discount rate and eligibility are determined at our sole

discretion and may vary based on the specific situation. Discount codes are non-transferable,

cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be subject to expiration.

6. Important Notice

By placing an international order, customers acknowledge and accept that physical returns are not

possible, refunds (if applicable) are issued without product return, and customs-related limitations

are beyond our control.
