Distance Sales Agreement

INTERNATIONAL DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

This Agreement applies exclusively to international customers located outside Türkiye, including customers in the

United States and the European Union. It is drafted in accordance with international encommerce best practices and

applicable consumer protection principles.

ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES

The individual or legal entity placing an order via the Seller’s website (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”).

ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement governs the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller regarding the online sale,

payment, delivery, and return of products purchased through the Seller’s website.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS, PRICING & PAYMENT

3.1. Product details, prices, and applicable taxes (if any) are clearly displayed on the product page at the

time of purchase.

3.2. All prices are shown in the currency selected by the Buyer and are inclusive or exclusive of taxes as

indicated at checkout.

3.3. Payment may be made using the payment methods offered on the Seller’s website, including credit/debit

cards or other approved payment providers.

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

4.1. Products shall be shipped to the delivery address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

4.2. Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary depending on destination and carrier.

4.3. The Seller shall not be liable for delays caused by customs procedures, force majeure, or carrier-related

issues.

ARTICLE 5 – SHIPPING COSTS & CUSTOMS

5.1. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

5.2. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination

country. Such charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

6.1. EU customers have the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days of receiving the product, in

accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

6.2. US and non-EU customers may request returns in accordance with the Seller’s Return Policy published

on the website.

6.3. Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition unless defective.

ARTICLE 7 – DEFECTIVE OR NON-CONFORMING PRODUCTS

7.1. If a product is defective or does not conform to the order, the Buyer must notify the Seller within a

reasonable time.

7.2. The Seller may offer a replacement, repair, refund, or partial refund depending on the circumstances.

ARTICLE 8 – LIABILITY

8.1. The Seller shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the products.

8.2. Nothing in this Agreement limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

ARTICLE 9 – FORCE MAJEURE

Neither party shall be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable

control, including natural disasters, strikes, governmental actions, or disruptions in logistics services.

ARTICLE 10 – GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

10.1. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection laws of the Buyer’s country of residence shall

apply.

10.2. For US and other international consumers, this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Seller’s

place of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.

ARTICLE 11 – EFFECTIVE DATE

This Agreement enters into force at the time the Buyer places an order on the Seller’s website.
